Consistent walking is a proven success for weight management! Start of taking it easy and as your fitness increases so should your pace and try and throw a few hills in. I push my 2.5 year old and 4 month old in a double pram and I worked out that all together it weighs 30 kilos which is about -what? 60 something pound. It's a nice easy thing.....Walking is a great start. It's a nice easy thing...you can start at your own pace and then as you progress - you walk faster or further.... How hard you work it, is totally up to you. I'm working on trying to get my...You are so funny! I'm working on trying to get myself into some sort of routine too. This morning I got up at 6 and did yoga. I am so pitifully out of shape Nothing I did looked like what he was doing on the video. lol<BR/><BR/>I think I'll feel a lot better if I get up and do that everyday, then read the Bible and spend time with God before the kids are up and the insanity starts.
